7min Martial Arts Warm Up
Here is a 9min video explaining our The Adults Warm Up in detail.
It starts with 10 Jumping Jacks, 10 Pushups, 10 Sit-ups, and 10 Jump Squats. Next, learn the best stretching routine I’ve ever seen. After this warm up, you will be ready for any physical activity. It’s also good to do outside of class to increase your energy, strength, and flexibility. I recommend you start with twice a week and then gradually work your way up to 4-5 times a week over a 3-6 month period.
